Kassie J. Camino

I hold a State Certification of General Appraisal with the State of Wyoming, authorized by the Wyoming Certified Real Estate Appraisal Board. (No. AP-2464)

A true Wyoming native, I was raised to appreciate God's creations in the great outdoors, while working alongside family on our cattle operation near Cody, Wyoming.  I earned a bachelor's degree with Chadron State College in Rangeland Management and minor in Agriculture Business.  I used my degree to start my career with the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service in Johnson County, Wyoming.  It was here where my love for land, appreciation for natural resources, and passion to work alongside multi-generational operations grew.  I started mentoring with Theo Hirshfeld, TBH Appraisal Company in 2019 and soon learned how much I loved the complexity of ranch and rural appraisals. 

Appraisals are only as good as the data and research that goes into them.  I strive to go above and spend the time researching and analyzing the data to feel confident in the value opinion presented.

I currently live with my family in Buffalo, Wyoming.  Our family operates a commercial sheep ranch in Johnson County.  I love watching my kids learn to love agriculture just as my upbringing taught me.

Theo B. Hirshfeld

Theo has a global background that includes farming and ranching in both Kenya (East Africa) and Wyoming; development of coffee, vanilla and cashew markets in Indonesia as part of the United Nations Development Program; and property management. Theo began his education at the Royal Agricultural College in the United Kingdom and completed his Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Arizona in Tuscon.

Theo has been a licensed ranch broker and appraiser since 1991 and owns TBH Appraisal Company. Theo has achieved the General Appraiser certification proving his expertise and qualifications to appraise ranch lands, farms, recreational properties, commercial properties, and investment properties in addition to homes.
